Q: Who actually builds the home?
A: Your home will be constructed, supervised, and warranted by Heartland Homes. So you can relax knowing your home will be built right.
Q: What's the catch to building with "no construction loan"?
A: There isn't one! If you choose to use Princeton Financial and Riley Settlement Services, Heartland will finance the cost of construction. The end result is a savings of construction interest payments, dealing with lender draw schedules, lender inspections, etc. Please contact us for further details!
Q: Do I need to own land prior to talking with Heartland Everywhere?
A: No. We would be happy to start a dialog with you at any point. However, final pricing can only be completed after a home site evaluation
